Our cutting-edge live bottom-floor trailers are designed to redefine safety and efficiency in the bulk transport industry. With a commitment to “Safety without compromise,” our precision-engineered trailers eliminate the risks associated with traditional tipping trailers while offering the unmatched loading versatility.
Built from durable Hardox steel, our heavy-duty trailers are both lightweight but also robust, ready to handle everything from quarry materials to agricultural loads.
01
How it works
A conveyor belt in the floor discharges the load without tipping, for even unloading, reduced contamination risk and a tightly sealed tailgate.
02
Safety by design
Safety is not a feature of Belted, it is the starting point of the design. Belted removes tipping risk at the source, rather than managing it.
03
Rollover Risks
Tipper trucks can easily roll over due to their high centre of gravity, especially when tipping on uneven or unstable ground, and a raised body is a hazard near overhead power lines. Belted unloads by conveyor with the body flat and low, so neither risk arises.
04
Load Distribution and Stability
A wide belt and square body spread the load evenly and keep it low, so the trailer
stays stable on uneven or sloped sites. Greater volume capacity also makes loads
easier to manage, reducing strain on components.
Specifications and options
Tailgate
A tailgate design trusted on tipper bodies for 50 years, with no hydraulic rams. The belt is fully enclosed and the belt seals are built not to wear out.
Heights
Custom-built to different heights, for lighter or bulkier products.
Configurations
From a single rigid truck to a B-double.
Construction
Hardox steel: light but robust, and built for Australia’s rough conditions.
